I used the services of Pete Olson of PJ Builders for my renovation. I needed someone with local contacts and good ‘subs’ to oversee converting my vision into a reality. Knowing how important one’s word is, Pete made the commitment to do the work, we agreed to a price for his services and he lived up to his word. Pete worked well with my designer and the specialty subcontractors were excellent I would use Pete again without question or hesitation.
