The Silver Barron

Turn of the Century Remodel

About This Project

The Silver Barron is a historic home built at the turn of the century in Park City, Utah. It is presumed that the original owner must have been a very wealthy as the house is quite large and unique amongst other smaller, more modest homes in what was once an old mining town.

PJ Builders completely gutted this house and installed all new plumbing, electrical, insulation and Windsor windows.  This house also has radiant heating throughout. An addition was added for more square footage.

This home truly is a dream historic home remodel. With old growth, rough sawn actual 2”x12” floor joists and a stone foundation that is 3 feet thick, it was a pleasure to restore this gem.
