This Park City, Utah home is located in the Old Town Park City district. The scope of the project included expanding the footprint of the home onto a new foundation, while preserving the original historic front exterior. The home was expanded to the rear and right side, allowing for more bedrooms, bathrooms and a garage.
True to the time in which this home was originally built, this home was a small, modest miners shack. Fast forward to today, and with the renovation, new materials and updated electrical and plumbing, this little cozy house is ready to live another hundred years.
