About This Project

This luxury promontory project was designed with the future resident’s comfort in mind. Bringing nature inside, strategically placed windows flood all levels with natural light while wood finishes bring a subtle warmth to the home. This residence balances traditional elements with touches of rustic warmth. The stone embodies the exterior with accents of large timber beams. The main floor features an open concept plan from the foyer to the kitchen, while the master bath embodies a haven for respite after a long day on the slopes or golf course. One of the best parts of this bathroom is a large sauna with a bench where you can see the skyline. The basement main priority in the design and construction is for entertaining. You can access this room by an elevator if you choose not to take the beautiful curved stairway. The entertainment room has been designed with a wet bar, custom air-controlled guitar case and a sound proof music room.

Master Bath –

Custom counter top with approx. 2 ¼” Mitered edge detail. Approx. 10.6 linear feet of approx. 6” splash, two under mount sink prep/polis and facet hole drilling. Custom “pony wall” White Pearl quartzite.

Lower Bath –

Custom counter top with approximately 1 5/8″ Mitered edge detail, approximately 9.75 linear feet of approximately 4″ splash, under mount sink prep/polish and faucet hole drilling. Material is customer selected2cm “White Pearl” quartzite

Laundry –

Custom counter tops with approximately 1 5/8″ Mitered edge detail, approximately 7 linear feet of approximately 7″ back and side splash for sink area, under mount sink prep/polish and faucet hole drilling. Material customer selected 2cm “Whisper White” natural stone

Basement Bar –

Custom counter top with approximately 1 5/8″ Mitered edge detail, approximately 13.25 linear feet of approximately 21″ “Full Height” splash, under mount sink prep/polish and faucet hole drilling. Material customer selected 2cm “Whisper White” natural stone. Four (4) electric outlet cut outs in back splash

Fireplace Master –

Montigo P52DF NG 52” Linear Natural Gas Mantel Material and finish is walnut with dark steel heat reflective lining on bottom the color is darkened steel and the stones match the exterior. Fireplace in the living room Montigo D6315 NG Flame darkened
steel.

Stairway Entry –

Flat Iron approx. 2” wide iron, powder coated dark bronze. The handrail design is rectangular flat wood with eased edges. The finish is white oak stained to match the wood floor. The tread and riser design are an open tread, wood-wrapped rectangular steel with exposed , closed end. The lighting is Hinckley Luna 4- ½” wide step light bronze every 3 rd step.
